What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you. We refer to this information as “Order Information”, and it includes only what you are saving on this website.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
When you send us a mail via the contact form on the website, informations you gave such as email or name or anything in the message is sent directly to email@example.com.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data

How we protect your data

We comply with GDPR rules and regulations and all paperwork is filed and stored in locked cabinets for a period of a year before being archived in locked, secure off-site storage. After 7 years we are able destroy all paper trails in line with HMRC rules and regulations.
All correspondence, letters, requests and any paperwork containing personal data sent to the premises are shredded on site.
